Designed to engage a compatible meter-box lid spring with a counterclockwise turn, then lift the released lid. The rounded insertion end and T-handle support easy handling. The current prototype has been fit-tested on a reference lid; compatibility with other lids must be confirmed. Bulk quantities and utility distribution programs are quoted individually.
