Do I need an account to request a quote?
No. Add products to the quote list, enter the required contact and application details, and submit the RFQ without creating an account.
Are all catalog products in stock?
No. Each product uses a specific status such as Available to Order, Custom Order, In Development, or Contact for Lead Time. Availability is confirmed with the quote.
Can purchasing departments use purchase orders?
The site is designed to collect purchase-order requirements and vendor-onboarding needs. Final payment and credit terms must be confirmed in writing.
Can I send drawings or specifications?
Yes. RFQ and custom-inquiry forms accept common document, spreadsheet, and image formats. Uploaded files are stored privately and are not exposed through a public download route.
Does Southwest Supply Group develop custom utility products?
Southwest Supply Group can review requirements, source products, coordinate manufacturer quotations, and explore custom fabrication. Engineering certification is not claimed unless separately confirmed.
